Farewell, Font del Genil

For family and health reasons, we have made the decision to close the Hotel Restaurant Font del Genil.

We do so with a certain sadness, and at the same time with great satisfaction for the journey we have travelled and, above all, for this last chapter, brief but beautiful, in which we were able to recover the soul of the project and bring this very special place back to life.

Now it is time to let it go, so that we can care for other needs, other paths and, above all, what life is asking of us today.

We want to thank, with all our hearts, all the friends who have accompanied us on this journey; our suppliers; the local, artisan and organic producers who shared their work and their trust with us; and all of you who have stayed at the hotel or dined at the restaurant and placed your trust in us.

It has been a privilege to open the doors of Font del Genil to you and to share a part of this dream with you.

It is always hard to leave behind a chapter you have put your heart into. A chapter to which you have given time, health, experiences, love and effort. But we also know that there are moments when loving a project means knowing how to let it go.

We take with us everything we have lived, the people we have met, the moments we have shared, and the certainty that Font del Genil has left a deep mark on us.
